Salut George si ma bucur sa citesc ceea ce scrii !!!
Da, data de 4 Mai a ramas stabilita ca si data de plecare. In conditiile in care vii si tu – ceea ce ma bucura foarte – echipa devine:
1. Republicii
2. Gabitzu Dmx
3. Pupezica & Pilotul
4. Cata Galati
5. IntersectIntalnirea, cu voia tuturor, ar trebui sa aiba loc la intrarea pe ’36, undeva in jurul orelor 10:00 – 11:00. Cel putin asa am discutat telefonic cu Republicii. Daca pentru toata lumea este OK, rog sa confirme. De recunoscut … ne recunoastem noi … 🙂 🙂 🙂 somehow !!!
Acum … despre posibila actiune umanitara. In drumul nostru trecem prin cateva localitati : Mila 23, Letea, SUlina, Sf. Gheorghe. Cea mai saraca localitate este Letea. Ma gandeam sa facem o donatie colectiva scolii, constand in:
A. Laptop + Video proiector + ecran de proiectie (costuri aproximative 100 Euro / barca + 100 Euro de la Tibi = 600 Euro)
sau
B. Rechizite (ghiozdane, penare, pixuri, creioane colorate, caiete, etc.) (costuri aproximative 50 Euro / barca + 100 Euro de la Tibi = 350 Euro)
Desigur, participarea fiecaruia dintre noi va fi benevola si discreta (in sensul ca nu se vor face “liste” publice nici aici pe Forum GDD si nici la scoala). Deasemenea aceasta propunere a mea nu trebuie sa constituie in nici un fel un obstacol in calea participarii oricaruia dintre noi la aceasta intalnire, propunerea putand fi refuzata din start fara nici un fel de consecinte. Astept pareri sincere.

Some facts …
In the south part of the great Gorgova Lake there is the longest water channel in Danube Delta : Waterway Litcov.
The Litcov Water Channel is your main access route to Gorgova Lake, also your main escape route in case of severe weather. All the further explanations concerning approaching to Gorgova Lake coming from Murighiol (and getting back home) will be based on getting to Litcov Water Channel from where you can access the Gorgova Lake and the lakes around.
The access to the Litcov Waterway is provided for you from the south by two short water channels : Isaccel Waterway (E) and Filat Waterway (V), the last is providing access directly from the Danube.

Here is the first VERY DETAILED MAP of the lakes around Gorgova Lake.
As I understood from your previous posts, your intention is to find a good place for fishing on the east side of Gorgova Lake, possibly in these 3 lakes : Gorgova? Lake, Potcoava Lake and Babin?ii Mari Lake.
From now on, this map will be a “base-map” for our post. Until I will parse all the steps, including getting there and around, please study this map and try to understand all the water connections between the lakes.
Don’t worry, I will provide you extremely precised GPS coordinates for each entry and exit from all these lakes. You have two main enemies : orientation and the wind… but we will talk about.

Cu scuzele de rigoare, cred ca este vina mea faptul ca nu am precizat, recte nu am intrebat, ce inseamna DATA DE PLECARE.
Daca “data de plecare” este data la care ne intalnim dimineata la intrarea sudica pe Canalul Mila 36, atunci si pentru mine este absolut OK sa fie cea propusa de Catalin, anume 4 Mai.

Propunere pentru bucata Mila 23 -Letea, putem merge pe lacul Sfistovca pana la intersectie cu canalul Dovnica , Lacul Lung , Lacul Merhei -Letea . Dupa parea mea e mai ok , astept pareri
Diferenta este de 10-12 km . nu e vb ca sa scurtam dar sa mai castigam putin timp de o bere ceva, o undita …
Din ce spune Gabitzu se pare ca scurtam etapa cu cca 10 – 12 km, sau am inteles eu gresit ?
Acum, in alta ordine de idei, propunerea lui Gabitzu pare buna. Lacul Merheiul Mare este un lac superb, plin de pasari si este considerat un bun loc pentru pescuit (chestiunea cu pescuitul este desigur … “din auzite”).
Singurul aspect pe care trebuie sa-l avem in vedere privind modificarea traseului in sensul celor propuse de Gabitzu este legata de trecerea prin Lacul Lung. Acesta prezinta un “promontoriu” de stuf care practic “taie” lacul de la sud la nord. Accesul intre cele doua jumatati aproape egale este posibil numai prin partea de nord.
In partea de sud acest “promontoriu” de stuf infunda practic Canalul Dovnica, inchizand si accesul in Lacul Lung. Eu am trecut de mai multe ori pe acolo si de fiecare data am gasit CATE un canalus de stuf care sa ma scoata in jumatatea estica a lacului. Insa, de fiecare data, canalusul avea alta pozitie, ceea ce-mi indica mie faptul ca promontoriul de stuf este in fapt o aglomerare de plauri !
Evident ca daca nu putem intra din Canalul Dovnica in Lacul Lung nu este nici o problema intru-cat ne intoarcem inapoi pe Canalul Dovnica pana pe Bucla Marelui “M” de unde ne continuam tura pe traseul initial.
Eu (mai) ridic doua probleme, zic eu importante :
1. Data plecarii – propuneri
2. Cine se ocupa de cazare / mancare, intru-cat prin locurile prin care am ales sa ne oprim eu nu prea am contacte …Legat de data de plecare, mai fac o observatie : desi cel mai comod ar fi sa folosim 1 Mai ca si “pretext”, avem riscul de a ne intalni cu o Delta foarte “populata” si nu tocmai cu personaje de cea mai buna calitate. Mai mult, acest interval s-ar putea sa complice destul de mult problema gasirii unor cazari decente.
Dragii mei prieteni, asteptam pareri si propuneri …

According to Government Decision no. 1016/2008 on the fees for licensing and authorization in fisheries and aquaculture , recreational fishing license fee / sport fishing, there are these fees :
-30 lei / person / year
-10 lei / students / year
-10 lei / Disabled persons (light and medium) / year
-Free / severely disabled persons / year
-Free / retirees and veterans / year.According to the Order approving the conditions for practicing recreational fishing / sports , recreational fishing rules of practice / models sport and recreational fishing permits / sports in protected natural areas , recreational fishing license :
-a special document
-nominal and non-transferable
-this document is issued annuallyEngaging in recreational fishing / sport activities is based on recreational fishing permits / sports issued and permits released by the Danube Delta Biosphere Reserve in accordance with the provisions of Order approving the conditions for practicing recreational fishing / sports practice recreational fishing regulations / sports and models recreational fishing permits / sports in protected natural areas , jointly issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development ( 159/24 June 2011) and the Ministry of Environment and Forests ( 1266-1218 April 2011).

On DDBR practicing recreational fishing / sport fishing in natural habitats is only based on recreational fishing license / sport issued by ARBDD.

According to Order no . 610/2009 on the approval of tariffs for works and services provided by ARBDD at the request of individuals and legal persons, the access in the Danube Delta for tourist is permited for :
5 lei / person / day ;
15 lei / person / week ;
30 lei / person / year.Entry fee does not apply to children , students , retirees , veterans, former political prisoners , martyrs and wounded heroes descendants of the 1989 Revolution.
Payment of the entry fee for tourism established under Order no. 610 of 19 May 2009 on the approval of tariffs for works and services provided by the Administration of the “Delta” at the request of individuals and legal entities, issued by the Ministry of Environment and Forests can be done:
a) cash at:
