The conditions to enter the Danube Delta Biosphere Reserve Part 3
According to Government Decision no. 1016/2008 on the fees for licensing and authorization in fisheries and aquaculture , recreational fishing license fee / sport fishing, there are these fees :
-30 lei / person / year
-10 lei / students / year
-10 lei / Disabled persons (light and medium) / year
-Free / severely disabled persons / year
-Free / retirees and veterans / year.
According to the Order approving the conditions for practicing recreational fishing / sports , recreational fishing rules of practice / models sport and recreational fishing permits / sports in protected natural areas , recreational fishing license :
-a special document
-nominal and non-transferable
-this document is issued annually
Engaging in recreational fishing / sport activities is based on recreational fishing permits / sports issued and permits released by the Danube Delta Biosphere Reserve in accordance with the provisions of Order approving the conditions for practicing recreational fishing / sports practice recreational fishing regulations / sports and models recreational fishing permits / sports in protected natural areas , jointly issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development ( 159/24 June 2011) and the Ministry of Environment and Forests ( 1266-1218 April 2011).
In accordance with the Order issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development no. 15 of 20 January 2011 art. 9 (2 ) , the Danube Delta Biosphere Reserve , practicing recreational fishing / sport is based on fishing permits recreational / sporting issued and delivered by the Danube Delta Biosphere Reserve , in compliance with regulations.
Equivalent recreational fishing permits / sports may be paid as follows:
-cash at cashiers Danube Delta Biosphere Reserve
-by postal and / or by bank transfer to our institution account no. R085TREZ6415032XXX000263 open Tulcea City Treasury , beneficiary: ARBDD Tulcea , VAT: 3722040 , specifying the explanations: permit fishing / recreational .

On DDBR practicing recreational fishing / sport fishing in natural habitats is only based on recreational fishing license / sport issued by ARBDD.
Fishing permit holders are required to :
