The conditions to enter the Danube Delta Biosphere Reserve – Part 1
According to Order no . 610/2009 on the approval of tariffs for works and services provided by ARBDD at the request of individuals and legal persons, the access in the Danube Delta for tourist is permited for :
5 lei / person / day ;
15 lei / person / week ;
30 lei / person / year.
Entry fee does not apply to children , students , retirees , veterans, former political prisoners , martyrs and wounded heroes descendants of the 1989 Revolution.
Payment of the entry fee for tourism established under Order no. 610 of 19 May 2009 on the approval of tariffs for works and services provided by the Administration of the “Delta” at the request of individuals and legal entities, issued by the Ministry of Environment and Forests can be done:
a) cash at:
-cashier Danube Delta Biosphere Reserve (ARBDD) Monday – Thursday: 08.00 – 16.30; Friday: 08.00 – 14.00.
-Information Centres of the Danube Delta Biosphere Conservation,
-companies that have signed protocols ARBDD collection charges.
b) with payment order to the bank account no. RO96TREZ64120E365000XXXX – “Available from own revenues”, opened at the State Treasury – Tulcea, for Biosphere Reserve “Danube Delta”.
c) cash or with credit card from vending machines installed at ARBDD and the reception of Hotel Delta ***, Str. Isaccei. 2, Tulcea (non-stop).
According to the Order 610/2009 approving the tariffs for works and services provided by ARBDD at the request of individuals and legal entities :
Permit access to the Danube Delta for tourists is :

Vehicle access permit is :

Permit access for boats is :

The permits access can be paid both by money and by bank transfer to our institution account no. RO96TREZ64120E365000XXXX open at Tulcea City Treasury , beneficiary: ARBDD Tulcea , VAT: 3722040 , specifying the explanations:
-Persons access price .
-Vehicle access price
-Access price for boats
During the visit to the Danube Delta tourist must show both the proof of payment for licenses and the licences of access in case of control.
Access with ships and boats in the Danube Delta Biosphere Reserve is an regulated by Order nr. 111/2007 – Rules on access and movement on canals and inland lakes in DDBCA , issued by the Ministry of Environment and Forests , under permit access for ships and boats.
Obtaining the permit is subject to payment of a price :

-20.00 lei / boat / package
